Student Support

A strong pastoral care network is at the heart of an ACS Bali education. Every student should feel safe, affirmed and contented at school.

When feeling cared for and valued, students will better achieve to their full potential.

The homeroom teacher is the cornerstone of the pastoral care system in the Junior School

S/he monitors their academic work, oversees their students’ conduct in school, encourages the highest standards, develops their character, observes their relationship with other students and offers guidance and counselling. The form teacher performs a similar role in the Senior School.

Parents are encouraged to contact the homeroom teacher or the form teacher in the first instance if they have any concerns about their child’s welfare at school.

A specialist Emotional Counsellor will be appointed. S/he will provide expert support where needed.

As the school grows, a specialist Higher Education Counsellor will also provide university pathways as part of student support.
